Late Fees
We recognize that unexpected delays can happen. To support our staff and operations, we maintain a professional late pick-up policy while approaching the first instance with flexibility and understanding.
Repeated late pick-ups will result in a late fee of:
$15 flat rate plus an additional $1/minute for every minute past the first 15.
Please communicate as early as possible if you anticipate arriving late.
Child Pickup
Important
If a child has not been picked up within 30 minutes of the centre’s closing time and no communication has been received from the parent/guardian or authorized emergency contact, the appropriate child protection authorities (CAS) may be contacted to ensure the child’s safety and well-being.
